Aguada, Puerto Rico

Also known as The Villa of Sotomayor, founded in 1508.  With a population of 42,042 (2000 census) that spreads over 17 wards and Aguada's town.  It is believed that Christopher Columbus entered the Island through Aguada on his second voyage in November 1493.

The Residents of Aguada are very friendly and warm at heart.

Enjoy the surfing waves at Pico Piedra Beach, Table Rock and other areas during the winter season.


There is a public Gym and a track to do your daily routine exercise completely free.  You can also enjoy walking on the beach looking for sea shells.    At sundown, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets!
